With two indoor event rooms to choose from and great outdoor patio spaces, the Ruby Ranch Lodge is the perfect place for a party, fundraising event, gathering or memorial service.

You can bring in your own food and decorations.  Depending on the number of guests you are expecting for this event, typically, if alcohol is being served you can bring it in, however you have to have a T.A.B.C. certified bartender serving and Alcohol Liability Insurance is required.

We can accommodate up to 100 guests.  We will set-up for your event.  All you will have to do is bring in your table cloths & centerpieces.  We have may kitchen items on-site that you are more than welcome to use.

Christmas Parties

The Lodge is a wonderful place to hold your company Christmas Party.

Conveniently located to south Austin, Buda, Kyle & San Marcos and only 7 miles west of I.H. 35, it’s the perfect location for your guests.

There are two event rooms to choose from, each having their own decorated Christmas Trees, patios, outdoor fire pits, patio heater and grassy areas for people to roam.

The rental includes red table cloths and centerpieces.  You can bring in your own food, choose a caterer of your choice or leave the details to us.  We would be happy to handle your food needs and include the wait staff needed for the event, just let us know if that is something you would like assistance with.  You can bring in your own beverages.  If alcohol is being served you must have a T.A.B.C. certified bartender serving the drinks and have liquor liability insurance in place for your vent.
